Streamline started with a simple observation: Central Texas homeowners were tired of being sold to. Tired of commissioned techs whose paycheck depended on finding problems, tired of quotes that grew between the phone call and the invoice, tired of companies that vanished when warranty time came.

Owner Joseph Schwennesen built the company around the opposite idea: hire licensed tradespeople instead of salespeople, put the price in writing before the work, and prove every recommendation with something the customer can see. Twenty-five years later, that approach has grown Streamline from one truck into a full-service plumbing operation — without ever changing the rule that built it.
