Information we collect
When you call, submit a form, or schedule service, we collect what we need to do the job: your name, phone number, email, service address, and details about the work requested. Our website may also collect standard analytics data (pages visited, device type) to help us improve it.
How we use it
To schedule and perform service, send appointment confirmations and invoices, follow up on quotes, and — only if you opt in — occasional service reminders. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing.
Retention & security
Service records are kept so we can honor warranties and maintain your home's service history. Records are stored in commercial systems with access limited to staff who need them.
Your choices
You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to records we must keep for tax and warranty purposes) by emailing office@streamlineservice.com or calling (254) 366-8281.
