Estimates & pricing

Written quotes are firm for the scope described. If conditions discovered during work change the scope (concealed damage, code issues), work stops and a revised quote is presented for approval before continuing.

Warranty

Labor is warranted as stated on your invoice; manufacturer warranties apply to equipment and parts. Warranty service requires the original invoice and applies to the original installation address.

Scheduling & access

Appointment windows are estimates; we call when a tech is en route. We require safe access to work areas and that pets be secured during the visit.
